Capacity is looking to partner with a talented, experienced concept artist on a contract-basis.

We are a friendly creative agency with a sweet spot in the gaming industry. We have the honor of regularly partnering with a wide range of amazing IPs through ongoing collaborations with the likes of Epic Games, Psyonix, Nintendo, Riot Games, Wizards of the Coast, and more. Our process and team culture require us to find folks who are equal parts great at what they do + amiable and humble human beings.

What we’re looking for:

Your work should demonstrate a refined sense of form, color, and composition, conceptual thinking, tons of imagination, and in general the ability to create visuals that are engaging and inspiring. You are passionate about your craft and you love the challenge of pushing aesthetic boundaries. In addition to your artistic talents, you are a great communicator, a genuinely friendly and honest person, and you deeply value inspired creative collaboration.

Our current needs skew towards concept art that is character-focused, but we’re interested in folks all areas of game-related / world-building content.
